SPORTS MEDICINE

At Grace University Athletics, we don’t just treat injuries — we build resilient athletes, protect futures, and elevate performance.

The primary mission of the Grace University Sports Medicine Department is to provide quality, patient-centered health care support to our diverse population of student-athletes — empowering each individual to reach their maximum potential for athletic success.

We are committed to a standard of care that reflects excellence, urgency, and purpose — because every rep, every game, and every athlete matters.

OUR APPROACH

Grace University Sports Medicine operates through a multi-disciplinary, performance-driven model, utilizing specialty-trained personnel to support every phase of the student-athlete journey.

We focus on:

  • Enhancing Physical Readiness – Preparing athletes to compete at their highest level

  • Optimizing Recovery – Accelerating safe and effective return-to-play timelines

  • Injury Prevention Systems – Proactive strategies to reduce risk and increase durability

  • Wellness Education – Empowering athletes with knowledge for lifelong health

  • Integrated Care Model – Collaboration across athletic training, strength & conditioning, and performance staff

This is not reactive care. This is intentional performance medicine.
